Law-Exams: Can I get a certificate for paid educational leave (PEL) for the exams?

Solution

If you are registered as an employed student with a diploma contract, then you cannot get paid educational leave for the exams; you can only get it for those lectures for which you handed in the signed attendance lists.

If you are registered as an employed student with an exam contract, then you will require a certificate of exam attendance in order to be granted paid educational leave. You can get a certificate for each exam period once the grades have been announced via the Helpdesk: Submit a ticket.

More details on paid educational leave can be found on the university webpage. More information about combining work and study can be found at the Centre for Work and Studies. Don't forget to register as an employed student!
