Information regarding requests for certificates, the completion of forms and the submission of tickets.

If you have a request for a study certificate and/or if you want a form completed, active UAntwerp students should always use their UAntwerp email address when starting a ticket.  Others should in this case include a copy of their passport.

Please do not complete fields or enter text all in capitals in this helpdesk. This is the same as shouting. The university reserves the right to refuse such tickets.


Waiting for an answer to your ticket?

Due to the high volume of helpdesk tickets and enrolment requests we are receiving, it could take longer than usual to answer your ticket in our international helpdesk. We try to answer tickets within 6 working days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please do not submit tickets to only inquire about the progress of a preregistration or a re-enrolment. All preregistrations and re-enrolments will be handled.
