De helpdesk is verhuisd!

We verwelkomen je vanaf 1 juli 2026 op het helpdeskportaal van de UAntwerpen: https://helpdesk.uantwerpen.be/
Vanaf nu kan je op één plaats terecht met al je vragen voor onder meer jouw faculteit, de Centrale Onderwijsadministratie, het Studenteninformatiepunt, ICT, … .
Heb je nog een openstaand ticket, dan kan je dat hier nog tot 17 juli verder opvolgen.

We welcome you to the UAntwerpen helpdesk portal as of July 1, 2026: https://helpdesk.uantwerpen.be/
From now on, you can go to one place for all your questions for your faculty, the Registrar’s Office, the Student Information Point, ICT, and more.
If you still have an open ticket, you can continue to follow up on it here until July 17.
