Information regarding requests for certificates and/or the completion of forms If you have a request for a study certificate and/or if you want a form completed, active UAntwerp students should always use their UAntwerp email address when starting a ticket. Others should in this case include a copy of their passport.
Waiting for an answer to your ticket? Due to the high volume of helpdesk tickets we are receiving in our international helpdesk, it could take longer than usual to answer your ticket. We try to answer tickets within 6 working days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please do not submit tickets to only inquire about the progress of a preregistration. All preregistrations will be handled.
