Problem with mail notification on Saturday 21 September

Dear helpdesk user

On Saturday 21 September 2024 a problem was identified with sending emails to helpdesk users. Submitted tickets were received and read, but if a helpdesk employee responded to your question no notification was sent out. So if you submitted a ticket on 21 September you have to follow up on your own tickets using the ticket ID/reference of your sent question.

We apologize for the inconvenience.


Information regarding requests for certificates and/or the completion of forms

If you have a request for a study certificate and/or if you want a form completed, active UAntwerp students should always use their UAntwerp email address when starting a ticket.  Others should in this case include a copy of their passport.


Waiting for an answer to your ticket?

Due to the high volume of helpdesk tickets we are receiving in our international helpdesk, it could take longer than usual to answer your ticket. We try to answer tickets within 6 working days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please do not submit tickets to only inquire about the progress of a preregistration. All preregistrations will be handled.
