General: I can't access SisA. What should I do?

Please follow the steps below to correct the problem:

1. Clear the cache of your browser (search Google for "clear cache <name of your browser>" if you don't know how this works)
2. Restart your browser
3. Log in with https://sisastudent.uantwerpen.be/ (add the link to your favourites and if necessary remove the previous link)

Remark: not being able to login to SisA has nothing to do with holds within SisA or unpaid tuition fees.  A hold will block access to certain functions within SisA.
