Certain facilities in your SisA self-service will be blocked if you do not settle your outstanding debt after a warning via email. As a result, the student portal is also blocked the next day.
Your email access is never blocked. You also still have access to your personal and financial data in your SisA self-service.
As soon as we receive payment of the outstanding debt in SisA, the hold in SisA will be removed and the hold in the student portal will disappear the day after the payment is registered in SisA.
Please note that it can take 2 to 3 working days before we receive a payment.
If the payment is not visible in SisA, we have not yet received the payment. If the payment is visible in SisA, then the hold has already been removed on the day the payment was received and the student portal will be available again the next day after payment.
There is therefore no point in sending messages in the above situations.
Only if the payment was made at least five working days ago and is still not visible in your SisA self-service, you may provide us with a scan of the proof of payment via the helpdesk. After checking, we can exceptionally remove the hold in SisA and the student portal will be active again the next day. If effective payment is not made, the hold will be reinstated.
