Student card: I have lost my student card. How can I get a new student card?

Solution

If you have lost your student card or wish to request a new one—for example, due to a name change—you can contact the registrar's office by submitting a ticket through this helpdesk to obtain a new card. We will then provide you with instructions on how to receive your new card.

A replacement card costs 15 euros. You must collect the card in person at the registrar's office.

Exceptions where the card is replaced free of charge:

  • If your card was stolen, you can receive a new one free of charge upon presentation of a police report.
  • If the internal chip is defective, you can exchange your card for a new one free of charge.
  • If you have not received your physical student card three weeks after the initial mailing, you can also request a new card free of charge.
Note: If you do not report the non-receipt within five weeks of the mailing date listed in SisA, we will consider the card as delivered, and you will be required to pay 15 euros for a replacement.
