Items that were lost in any university building can be deposited or picked up at room R.015/R.003 (building R) in the city campus (phone number 03 265 45 48, open every working day after 4 p.m.).
Items that were lost of left behind during exams (student card, writing materials, codex, etc.) will be collected at the faculty student administration office (Venusstraat 23, room V.001, phone number 03 265 54 45). These items will be brought to room R.015/R.003 after the exam period has ended, except for student cards, which will be returned to the Registrar's Office (S0.17 - Lange Sint-Annastraat 7).
