When an activity is rejected by the peer review committee, make sure to check the feedback provided.Open the evaluated progress report: Tile ePhD > Doctoral Training > report activities > select the academic year > open the report and click on an activity to view the feedback provided by the peer review committee.Depending on the reason of the rejection, you can do the following:
1. Activity was rejected due to missing or insufficient proof (missing supporting documents)If the peer review committee deemed your supporting documents insufficient, you can re-add the activity next year to the following progress report. You can use the button 'copy non-proven activity'. Add a better supporting document so the activity can be approved next time.2. Activity was rejected due to the fact that this type of activity cannot receive points in your faculty/instituteVerify if the activity can receive points according to your faculty PhD regulations/points table. If it is listed there that certain activities cannot receive points, then these will be rejected by the peer review committee. If you believe that, content-wise, the activity belongs in your doctoral study programme and it is not explicitly mentioned in the points table that it cannot be awarded points, then you can re-add the activity, to the next progress report, with a short motivation. The activity will then be reviewed once more by the peer review committee.
3. Activity was rejected due to a lack of informationIf not all fields were completed correctly, it is possible that certain information is still missing. Re-add the activity with the required information, so the activity can be approved next time.
