If you have sent a request to the helpdesk (i.e. 'submit a ticket'), then you will be able to see its ID number; you will also see it in the confirmation email sent to you.
If the request has been closed and you want to reopen it, you can follow the link in the confirmation email and click on 'open' at the top of the page, next to 'status request'.
If you no longer have the confirmation email, then you can also enter the ID number in the Helpdesk via 'View existing ticket' (on the helpdesk start page). If you have forgotten the ID number, simply click on 'Forgot tracking ID?' and the ID number will be sent to your email address.
