Law-General: What can I do if I don’t get a reply to my request from the helpdesk?

Solution

Replies will be sent automatically to the email address you provided, so you always need to verify that you have given your correct email address in your request. If you still haven't received any reply after a few days, you could contact the administration office by phone (03 265 54 45) or in person (Prinsstraat 13, room V.001) during office hours. We do our utmost to answer any ticket within 48 hours.
