The helpdesk has two important functions: the Knowledgebase (or FAQ section) and 'Submit a ticket'.
In the Knowledgebase you will find frequently asked questions about different subjects such as enrolment, study programme, exams, etc. On the start page of the helpdesk you can type your question in the input field next to 'Search help'. You will then see the answers that correspond to your question. This search function uses synonyms: should you not immediately find the right answer, try using another search term.
Another way of searching through the Knowledgebase is by selecting 'View entire Knowledgebase' near the bottom of the Helpdesk for International Students start page. You will then find all questions and answers listed according to category.
In case you did not find the answer to your question in the Knowledgebase, or if you want to contact the faculty student administration office or your study programme counsellor, you can use the function Submit a ticket. Fill out the form as completely as possible and add any attachments, if required. Make sure that your email address is correct! If it isn’t, you will not be able to receive a reply. Once your request is sent, one of our colleagues will handle it as soon as possible (working days from Monday to Friday).
