Personal data: How can I change my address? To which address is post being sent? Why is the task about the address still visible?

You can change your address in SisA in the "Personal information" component. At that moment you can also select at which address you want to receive post such as your student card by changing your postal address to the appropriate address (home address or dorm (kot) address).

Only changing your home or dorm address is not sufficient if you want to receive your post on another address. The postal address should always be either the home or the dorm address.

Important for international students: do not use your dorm address in Belgium as your official home address. You have to us your official home address in your home country as the home address in SisA. If we have to reach students staying in a dorm/kot, we will not be able to warn you if there are problems with your temporary residence. We will also not be able to report a correct number of students staying in a dorm to the government. This could affect the number of dorms which will be available in the future.

Please note that the addresses work with starting dates. If the starting date of the address you add is in the future, SisA will not take in into account until that date. This means you will still see a task about adding a dorm address until that date.
