Deregistration: How do I deregister as a doctoral student?

Solution

Doctoral students have to follow the standard procedure as it is described in the artikel "How to change your enrollment". Attention: deregistration is only possible until the end of May.

Make sure to send an e-mail to DoctoralSchool@uantwerpen.be notifying us that you are quitting your PhD. Also notify the administrative contact of your faculty and your supervisor. If you have a joint PhD, report this as well in your e-mail.
