With a credit contract, you are not registered for a study programme, but for one or more separate courses.
As you are not enrolled in a programme of study, you will not obtain a degree via a credit contract (and, if applicable, there can be no compensation for shortfalls). The purpose of the credit contract is to obtain credit certificates. To this end, you attend classes and take exams of the course units included.

Any enrolment with a credit contract requires authorisation from the faculty. For this, you contact the Study Counselor.
