Start of the academic year - who do I ask which questions to?

For general problems, contact the student administration via the FSW Helpdesk  or drop by the student administration (room S.M.137, De Meerminne) during opening hours: every working day from 9.00 to 12.30 or by appointment.

Questions for the Student Administration:

• problems with the application of your programme in SisA
• missing credits from previous years on your recommendation report
• questions about lecture schedules
• all practical questions about the organisation of lectures and practicals questions about credit certificates, credit reports...

When to contact the Study Counselor:

• substantive questions about the composition of your programme
• applying for exemptions if you want to enrol with a credit contract
• if you want to take more credits than the permitted 66
• if you are under study progress monitoring and have questions about this
• if you have a shortage of learning credit
• if you have problems with your study planning, exam stress. ..
