My access to the Studentportal is blocked

Problems logging in can have several causes.

It is possible that some platforms will be protected from 1 December/ 1 April if you did not pay your tuition fees on time. You will have already received e-mails for this via your UAntwerpen e-mail account, and you can also see this as an 'open task' in your SisA self-service. To unblock this, contact the Helpdesk of the Registrar's Office.

Forgot your login or password? Contact the Helpdesk ICT. You can drop by Scribani during office hours, or contact the ICT staff via the ICT Helpdesk.
