Helpdesk - when will I get an answer in the Helpdesk?

Please check that your e-mail address is entered correctly. Always use your UAntwerp student e-mail address (first name.last name@student.uantwerpen.be).

Questions in the Helpdesk are answered during office hours. We aim to answer questions within two working days. During busy periods this may take a little longer.

If you have to wait longer, please send a new message via the same ticket.
