I have an overlap in my exam schedule

If your exam schedule overlaps, you have two exams for different subjects on the same date. Please
contact the Faculty Student Administration for this through this Helpdesk so that we can check whether an
exam can be moved to the catch-up day.

Please do this before the deadline: 

• December 7 for exams in the January session
• April 7 for exams in the June term
• July 14 for exams in the 2nd session.
  • ATTENTION: for exams in second session, overlap applies as: two exams at the same time (i.e. date and time) and NOT on the same date!
  • Keep in mind that the exam schedule 2nd session is very full. Therefore, your exam may not be rescheduled for organisational reasons.

Requests submitted after these deadlines will not be processed.

Within a model track, we strive to spread out the exams optimally. However, if you take an individualized track,
complete a combination track or have chosen electives from another programme, unfortunately this cannot
always be guaranteed. In this case, see if you can switch exam groups with a fellow student.
For those combining bachelor's and master's , no exams will be rescheduled in case of overlap; the bachelor's
course will then be given absolute priority.
