How will I receive the transcripts of records as an Erasmus student?

The official ‘transcript of records’ will be sent to your home institution by priority mail after the announcement of the exam results. A copy of your transcript will be sent to your UA-mail account. You can find the date of the deliberation (and consequently when your grades will become official) on the faculty’s calendar.

Erasmus Mundus students will receive their diploma just like regular students do, so for these students the diploma will be sent to the address listed as ‘mail address’ in SisA. You can change this address at any time in SisA yourself if you go to ‘personal information’ and click on ‘addresses’.
