Master's thesis - I have decided not to submit my thesis

If you decide not to submit your master's thesis, do the following:

January Session:

- If you have applied for 'graduation in February' in your SisA Selfservice and you decide not to submit in January, you will be given permission to defend in June PROVIDED THAT you report this in writing via this helpdesk no later than the deadline for submitting the definitive Master's thesis in the January term. Otherwise, the examination opportunity for the first session is forfeit and you will automatically be referred to the second session.

- Notify your supervisor.

June or September Session:

- Enter 'VER' (= excused) in SisA under the programme component ‘Master thesis’.

- Notify your supervisor.

- And, if applicable, register for the second session in SisA.
