The Learning Agreement (Learning Agreement for Study in the case of courses or Learning Agreement for Traineeship in the case of internships) must be signed by the student, the administrative officer for internationalisation and the host institution. The Learning Agreement specifies the arrangements between the student, the home institution and the host institution. It describes the courses the student will take/ the topic of the Master's/pharmacy thesis and how many ECTS credits the student will receive. The agreement also stipulates the language level the student must have at the start of the mobility period, in accordance with the language level specified in the interinstitutional agreement. The document must be uploaded before the student’s departure.
The Internship Contract (in Dutch: stagecontract) forms part of the internship flow and is important for the insurance. It stipulated clearly the dates of the internshio and is signed by the student, the dean of the faculty of the University of Antwerp and the host institution. If the dates change during the course of the application, then they have to be adapted on the internship contract as well. This is very important for the insurance.
The Erasmus Mobility contract (Grant Agreement) (in Dutch: Mobiliteitscontract) is a document that has to be signed online by the student only. It is the last step in the application flow in Mobility-Online after the final confirmation of the dates. It stipulates the final dates that will be used for the calculation of the Erasmus scholarship.
