COVID-19: Important remark regarding the address to send legalised documents


Due to COVID-19 regulations the Registrar's Office at Lange St-Annastraat 7 is temporary only accessible to staff of the university. The postman has no access to our building to deliver registered mail. If applicants still need to send us  legalised documents after getting a positive recommendation, we kindly ask applicants to use the following address:

Prinsstraat 13
2000 Antwerpen

We also want to remind applicants that the possibilities to have documents authenticated has been expanded. More information can be found on our website.

If you have sent your documents already to our office using the other address (Lange St-Annastraat 7), we will do our very best to retrieve mail at the postal office before they will be send back to the applicant. In case the documents were send back to the applicant, we kindly ask to send them again to the new address. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
