You can consult the academic calendar for the dates of the master’s thesis defences:

The final schedule will be published about one week after the submission deadline. You can find the schedule on the Student portal under 'My education' > 'Examinations and education policy' > 'Exam schedules and important dates'.

The thesis defences take place in the seminar rooms in De Meerminne (M101 to M107). Please wait in the corridor until the supervisor comes to get you. In case the defence takes place in the office of the lecturer, this will be stated in the schedule.
