Access to the studentportal blocked?

Oplossing
  • At the beginning of November of each academic year, students who have not paid any tuition fees will no longer be granted access to the studentportal.

 

  • At the beginning of April, all students with an outstanding balance will be blocked.

 

After payment, it always takes one night before access is restored.

All students involved will be informed in good time if they will be blocked.

  

Access to SisA and webmail (mail.student.uantwerpen.be) will continue to work. If you have any questions or comments, please contact the helpdesk of the central registration's service https://studhelp.uantwerpen.be/inschrijvingen
