what if you failed a programme component and you are in your graduation year?

Oplossing

We refer to the deliberation rules

If you are in your graduation year in a bachelor/preparatory/bridging programme and you failed a programme component (min. an 8/20 or 9/20) you can be deliberated (see Education and Examination Regulation art. 17.1.5)

This is done automatically, you don't have to report this.

If on the contrary you wish to take part in second session exams you need to report this to the student administration as soon as possible so that we reject the deliberation and give you the chance to register for second session examination.
