you are ill/sick and you have exams (and the certificate is from doctor in the Netherlands)

During the exam period you will be staying in the Netherlands and you will become ill and will therefore not be able to participate in an exam.

If you want to participate in the extra exam session, you will also have to submit a valid piece of evidence (in accordance with the OER, see article non-participation in exams). Please have the attached PDF document filled in by the doctor. If you experience difficulties, please contact fswhelp.be as soon as possible
