Oplossing

What do you do when you are ill:

  1. you post an item on our helpdesk (at the latest) on the day of the exam and before the exam that you cannot attend starts.
  2. Within three working days, you provide our helpdesk with a scan of a valid medical certificate issued on the day of the exam (no dixit or post-factum certificate - see OER
  3. if you wish to take part in the extra exam session, please mention this when you call in sick.

The following medical certificates are not accepted:

  1. an incomplete certificate or a certificate that contains contradictions;
  2. a certificate based solely on the patient's statement (dixit certificate);
  3. a post factum certificate (certificat written after the illnes or after the medical concequences can be verified by a doctor

Only excuses yourself via SisA if you don't want to participate in the extra exam session.

If your application is in order, you will receive a confirmation from the student administration whether an extra exam session is possible and when it takes place. Don't forget to bring your student card.
